This one is a picture of Isis in the sun..in
our kitchen...taken a few weeks before she left with Tracy.
|
I had bought lots of mums for my front yard.
Big Mistake with two rambunctious puppies..they were taken apart.
I rescued what I could and
made this bouquet in a dog food bowl. The bouquet ended up
on Charlie's mother's grave, with a picture of her and one of the rescue
dogs
stuck in the middle. |
Snookie, our old girl and pack leader in her
favorite position..looks like a bear rug, doesn't she? |

by Barbara Mallor. |
Pookie and Tina wrestling. |
Our watchdogs, Kitsu and Dino. My guys
love the crate in front of the window...they get an unobstructed view from
on high |

| Lauren trying to get Charlie's attention...by
climbing on the table...Her brother Bogie is in the background. |
Not a great picture...it was taken going up
the stairs, shooting under the railing..it is Charlie resting with snookie...her
paw over his neck |

| This is Dino, our"cat" dog. he always
has a cat near or on him. The cat is Lucky |
This is Lucky on the first cold day.
TV is a nice, warm place. We got Lucky when I went to check an Akita at
a shelter. He had been injured by
someone's car fan when he crawled inside the hood for warmth. |
The shelter treated him, etc. I walked by and heard this loud
purr..and there he
was. It was his last day. I told them they could put
me down as a last alternative if no one else wanted him. The rest
is history. He is about 9
years old, I can't understand why no one would come looking for
him...one of my nicest, cuddliest cats. |
